Post-test: Surgical Management of Erectile Dysfunction

A patient with a history of pelvic trauma many years ago recently became sexually active with a new partner and is having difficulty maintaining an erection. The patient is found to have significant venous leak and significant atherosclerosis of his internal iliac artery. What intervention would be most successful in this patient?
