We are pleased to present the Spring edition of the Journal of Current Clinical Care, which features a collection of articles on important clinical topics across various specialities. Our aim is to provide you with practical insights and updates that can enhance your clinical practice.

In this edition, we have articles that cover Back Health, Urology, Dermatology, and Sleep Disorders.

The Back Health CME Resource article, written by Dr. Jessica Albanese and Dr. Brett Rocos from Duke University, focuses on Spine Infections, a condition that is challenging to diagnose and manage.

Dr. Michael Gordon and Dr. Nada Abdel-Malak discuss Urinary Tract Infections in the Older Population in the Urology article, highlighting the importance of identifying and managing this common condition in this vulnerable group.

In the Dermatology Resource article, Dr. Joseph Lam and Amir Gohari provide an overview of the Dermatological Findings in Body-focused Repetitive Behaviours, a condition that can present a diagnostic challenge to dermatologists.

Lastly, in the Sleep Disorders article, Dr. Louis T. Van Zyl, Dr. Colin Shapiro, and Dr. Dora Zalai present Key and Current Issues in the Management of Insomnia, which is a common and often under-diagnosed condition that affects many patients.

We also want to highlight two podcasts in this edition, which we hope you find interesting and informative. Dr. Marina Malak presents her Dermatology series with her 3P: Pills, Pearls, and Patients podcast, and Dr. Michael Gordon's Medical Narratives podcast offers insights into various, timely topics.

We hope you find this edition informative and valuable in your clinical practice. As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions.
